If returning a unit, the customer is responsible for properly repackaging it for safe shipping, and for USPS return shipping charges. The customer also needs to include a sheet with his / her name, physical address, email address and the original purchase date of the unit.

Once we receive the unit, and examine it to make sure it isn't damaged, we will immediately credit the $39.95 back onto the credit, or debit card used for the original purchase.

The above described return guarantee will be voided, or possibly modified, if the returned unit is damaged.
